Patras to Athens

Patras is a port city the only thing of note is the Greek Orthodox St Andrews Cathedral..

Built in 1908 it’s the 3rd largest Byzantine style church in the Balkans.

Very quiet at one point I was alone to take in the vibe and admire the artwork. A special moment.

Walkabout for sunset, supper and soccer. Olympiakos 4 Lucerne 0. The locals went wild without beer. 👍

Easy bus and train duo to the capital.

Weather almost perfect with that light breeze.

The hotel is definitely only 200m from the main station, i double checked ! Excellent for £23 a night b&b 😀

Meeting with a view, they have their own flat on the 6th floor.

As a visitor did a share. Experience, strength and hope. Concentrated on those things in my head that block the light from the spirit and soul.
